If recent research shows that almost 90% of the UK workforce are disengaged; yet companies with an engaged workforce are 21% more profitable, it seems clear where profitable businesses are making moves.

We’re never sure why the 'why' always comes at the end of this one as for us it’s the single most important thing. It’s now more crucial than ever to back up the spend with proof of impact be it employee engagement, team integration, incentives, upskilling or more – getting into the detail of this before thinking about the who what or where; really is the key.
Whether its choosing unique venues, uncovering a forgotten destination or bringing an all-virtual team together for the first time - doing something you’ve never done before creates a buzz like no other. Recent research in brain development shows we retain new information much better in new settings (due to association) So nailing the how & where becomes more than a simple venue find.
If 77% of people trust brands more following face to face engagement at live events, then we better well make sure there’s space for those human connections to happen organically in the way we build out content.
Be it your product launch, internal kick off conference or your 100-club incentive, if you’re going for face to face then allowing space for connection (formal or informal) when planning - is fundamental.
