THE BRIEF

GO Outdoors appointed BeSure to deliver its first Community Camp Out, bringing together 93 outdoor enthusiasts for an unforgettable overnight experience at Tawd Vale Adventure Centre.
Designed to strengthen the GO Outdoors community, showcase leading outdoor brands and create authentic customer engagement, the event combined adventure, education and entertainment in a fully immersive camping experience. With nine partner brands, ten activities and temporary event infrastructure to coordinate, BeSure was responsible for managing the operational planning and onsite delivery, ensuring every aspect of the delegate journey ran seamlessly.

THE
PROGRAMME

DAY ONE

Delegate arrivals and campsite check-in.
Guests arrived to a fully built campsite, complete with pre-pitched tents, airbeds and sleeping bags.
Welcome lunch before the event was officially opened by former England goalkeeper David Seaman.
The afternoon featured ten expert-led outdoor experiences, including paddleboarding, open water swimming, bushcraft, cycling, a guided 10k hike, yoga, breathwork, cooking masterclasses and more.
The evening concluded with dinner, a licensed bar and outdoor films hosted by YETI inside a fully equipped tipi.

DAY TWO

Breakfast before delegates enjoyed their final activities including a guided 5k hike, sauna and cold plunge, cold water swimming, yoga and breath work, before departing.
